We drive by every property each month and while at your property we fill out a report. We call these Property Inspection Reports (PIR). These inspections can be emailed to you on a monthly basis automatically.

From these inspections, you will receive:

• Picture documentation of the outside of the property
• Reassurance that the components of the yard are being well managed and taken care of - either by the tenants or by a landscaper
• Monthly suggestions and estimates for external improvements to increase visual appeal and value of your rental property

During these exterior property inspections, we look for a variety of conditions including but not limited to:

• Landscaping
• Lawn condition
• Tree trimming
• Gutters
• House and siding conditions
• Tenant violations
